Very rude. I had a viewing booked and they didn't bother to inform me the house had been sold. Nicola on the sales team has no customer service skills and thinks that she can speak to people like they are children. She also informed me there was no manager on site so I couldn't complain. I have repeatedly informed Nicola that I work in a school so I am limited with my availability and she continues to be rude and very unhelpful. I am very disappointed with Frost.
