From our first contact until the day we moved out we had the most impressive service , assistance and guidance from the Ashford lettings team. What was a simple task of renting out our property due to relocation inially started early in the new year turned into a long protracted saga due to the covid situation. Our move dates changed repeatedly, legals and insurances were all in the air and more besides, but in that difficult market several prospective tenants were found and introduced, and prepared to go forward, [ it was us that was causing the problem ] the property details were revamped and refreshed halfway through and contact was kept throughout. Every phone call, or e mail was responded to very promptly, no question was too much, we were kept informed closely throughout, The patience and professionalism of both Josh and Leah was brilliant, above and beyond anything we expected at the outset. They delivered everything they promised, It could all of been a nightmare, but was actually a pleasurable experience. We would definetely recommend them both as people and especially with the back up of the company they work for.
