Polite, informative and a efficient process throughout.
I recently contacted frost regarding a current market valuation of a property to ascertain my financial options going forward. Initial phone call was very polite and informative and there on after I was looked after by Alex who was attentive and professional throughout the whole process. I will be using them in the future and would happily recommend them.
