Fantastic from start to finish

Frost helped us sell our property and spent the time to explain everything to us at every stage. Their communication was impeccable and I knew I could pick the phone up or send an email at any time and they would get straight back to me. They went well beyond the call of duty, often liaising with our mortgage advisor and solicitor to ensure the process was running smoothly. I am so glad we went with Frost - I wouldn't consider going with anyone else now. Lydia in particular was superb - really friendly, helpful and hardworking. It felt like she really wanted to help us and wasn't just doing it because it was her job. We enjoyed working with Alex, too - he was very genuine and honest about the different houses we saw and was also very honest when explaining the pricing / value of our property.
