We were very impressed with all the staff we dealt with at Northwood Ashford, in particular Josh and Mark who were both very professional and knowledgeable with the housing market/area. Mark spent the time needed to discuss our sale and we didn't feel rushed or pressurised and he was able to answer all our questions with his in depth knowledge and experience with the housing market. We would definitely recommend the Northwood Team.

Selling our home with Northwood Stevens in Singleton, Ashford was stress-free. Within a few days of it being listed they had lined up multiple viewings, and within a fortnight our house had sold at above asking price. We've used other agencies in the past, but the communication, efficiency and friendliness from Northwood Stevens has been second to none (and they have a dog in their office!).
