While we are sorry to hear about your brother's concerns, we believe our relationship is with your brother and there are always two sides to the story. We are aware that your brother moved into one of our Tenant Find properties, and reached out to us instead of the owner when he encountered these issues. We swiftly responded to him and our team were dealing with query when we found out that he did not even give the owner or us the opportunity to resolve his issue and he put the review here. That notwithstanding, our aim is to maintain transparent communication and provide support throughout the process.
