We find it disappointing that in your own words during these difficult times when you do not need to move immediately, you jump into the above conclusion without giving the agency an opportunity to provide a reason for the delay. Our staff member Patience has worked exceptionally hard during this period but we know while she is sorry that due to technical difficulties she could not get to you following initial correspondence, we are very proud of her dedication and commitment and she has already received so much praise for her efforts especially during the COVID period. We can also confirm that we have an applicant who is a key worker who requires to move immediately.
