We are sorry to learn of your disappointment at losing out on this property, but sadly we have had and continue to have suitable interested applicants who lose out on properties they like and while we appreciate that this can be frustrating, it happens all the time and it is beyond our control. It would be a very sorry situation if everyone who lost out on a property blamed the agent. We would like to point out that a number of viewings had been conducted prior to your mum’s viewing recently and ultimately we have to put all interested applicants before the owners of our properties to make a decision on who they choose to go with. While we know we cannot please everybody, the team at Northwood take pride in going over and above in helping every customer that comes our way. We have also checked email and telephone correspondences with your mum and at no point was our colleague rude to her and even went out of her way to recommend similar properties available if she was interested.
