We wish we knew about mockford and hunt from the get go, after selling our house through another estate agent we had signed upto it fell through and I saw a house up for sale by mockford and hunt when I called it had gone by this point I was really deflated with the whole process of buying and selling but Tim on the phone was completley understanding and supportive of the situation giving very useful information and saying if you want my help just say the word after coming round for a cup of tea following that phone call he lifted my hopes of getting sold and moving forward. He came up with a plan of action explained everything so simply it was very reassuring, a week later just before going live with mockford and hunt we resold ours with our original estate agent which he was genuinely happy for us and continues to support us despite this.
