Having ummed and ahed about whether to take a risk with a new agent, we were swayed by the value and professionalism Mockford and Hunt seemed to offer. It was a very good call; our property went from listing to being under offer in three days and three viewings. Tim has been incredibly helpful and always accessible, offering efficient and professional (yet friendly) communication at all times. There's something to be said, I think, for using a small firm with long established, experienced directors-the service is more personal, more effective and more targeted to individual needs.
