Where do I start!!50 weeks ago I put my house on the market with a big company, they sold my house. But in buying a house the agent was limp, not honest and didn't communicate. We lost the house of our dreams due to that.Then Tim and his team came along. We switched to them after listening to the ambition of the company. They sold our house and my mother in law's. It was a complicated two chain affair. They helped us find another house, even better than the one before.I can honestly say without Mockford and Hunt we would have lost out again. Communication, honesty and the commitment to go above and beyond in the progression of the chains was outstanding. An average Joe estate agent does not give you that service. It's not just about selling your house, it's about making sure you purchase one too!I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone, it's a shame they only have 1 office as I'm sure other counties would appreciate this dedication to their clients and their service.Good luck to Tim and his team.
