I've been working with the Martin & Co letting team in Ashford for over 10 years where they have been managing my rental properties. Efficient, great and clear communications, I thoroughly enjoy working with the team and this gives me great peace of mind that they are looking after my properties and the tenants really well. They relay any requests or issues from my tenants which they resolve quickly, they conduct thorough annual inspection visits to ensure the maintenance is up to date and they only use experienced trades people ensuring quality work is done. There has been a very low turn over of tenants in my properties over the years, which I credit the team for placing great tenants and maintaining a lovely working relationship with them over the year. Highly recommended!

Martin and Co professionally manage my two properties. They take the stress out of being a small landlord, from finding, checking, and monitoring tenants. They deal with issues. I also like that the rent gets paid to me immediately that it clears in their bank. Their business is professional property management. The people are all great.

They were transparent in their communication and effective in arranging the house viewings. I’ve had a really positive experience with Martin & Co thus far! Everything has been smooth and clearly explained. I’ve found them very understanding and patient, as I was actually on holiday when my application was accepted. They allowed me to enjoy my holiday and wait until I was home to complete any required paperwork. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point in the process. I dealt mainly with Amie who was incredibly polite and helpful both via email and in person. I’ve had no issues with my apartment yet so cannot comment on when things ‘go wrong’, but based on my own experiences so far I’d predict them to be helpful then too! :)

Great service and very helpful! Dealt with Beth initially for viewings etc, very accommodating and up to date on the property and any questions. Then dealt with Amie for pre tenancy documents and processes, again very helpful and prompt replies. Would have no issues using Martin & Co again or recommending others to!
