Hi Rod, I’m sorry to see the 3* review. Your property sale did take a long time to complete, and I know this is frustrating. Unfortunately the chain was longer than we were originally told, and the Agents at the bottom were not forthcoming with providing us with sufficient updates to relay back to yourself, we unfortunately could only tell you what we were being told. When the purchasers decided to withdraw from the purchase we were equally as frustrated as you were. Luckily we sold the property again very quickly and this time we had an excellent buyer who was proactive in wanting to complete ASAP. I know it was a long journey for you and unfortunately some cases do take longer than others, thankfully we got the end result everyone wanted and completed at a much higher price than the original offer.
