I enquired to Brockenhurst mid December when we decided to sell our house (very last minute!) I had a call from James moments after enquiring and he came round that very day to value the house. From the get go James was incredible! He talked me through everything and gave me a fair valuation, he was even patient with my loony children running in and out of the kitchen non-stop throughout our whole chat. After signing papers the whole team came to look at the house so that they all knew the property which I felt was a lovely touch. James kept me updated at every stage during the time that our house was on the market. Our house sold within two weeks which I don't feel would have been possible without the teams hard work and dedication to helping us make that quick sale! I would wholeheartedly recommend James and all of the team and would never use another estate agent!! Thanks again to James and the team!

Brockenhurst Andover offered me an amazing service when selling my property. I spoke to many members of their team, including Claire, James and Adam. All had outstanding customer service and were very polite. They were always punctual to viewings and made selling my house incredibly easy. Couldn’t recommend the Andover team enough!

The team at the Andover branch have been absolutely fabulous with helping me find a property after my initial property through another agent fell through. Both Adam and Molly worked hard to ensure that I found a property to suit my needs and I’m pleased to say that my purchase is progressing well. We recently viewed a house in the Andover area with Brockenhurst Estate Agents, we were greeted by James who was very kind, polite and presentable and answered all of our questions throughout the viewing. He gave us some great advice, and some important details regarding the property, he was very knowledgable and prepared.
