After providing a realistic and achievable valuation based on the local comps and market activity in real time, a winning offer was on the table within hours of agreeing to work together! It is also worth noting that the team at Brokenhurst successfully navigated an unusual chain – yet not once did I lose confidence in them getting it over the line despite the complexities faced. They are great.
