I booked an appointment to have a viewing today. They assured me on 3 calls that I would be the first person to view, as the tenants would not be out until end of last week. The earliest viewing was the 15.11.2021. I ring up to confirm after seeing ad says let agreed. Took no responsibility and said nothing they could do and that I should have been told.
