I would not recommend this estate agent. When initially valuing our property the agent valued it at £130k, after 1 week because it had not sold they tried to convince us to drop the price down to £110k, a drop of £20k after one week!, they had not secured us a single viewing but when we said we would not be dropping the price suddenly we had a viewing for two days later, the feedback was that it should be a lower price, around £110k!, an obvious ringer that they sent round!. My original agent was contacting me every few days before we refused to drop the price, after that never heard from him again, just random people in the office. Very unprofessional and very poor service, do not believe the glowing reviews you read, probably people they have paid to write reviews.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
