Very stressful house sale with a difficult buyer. I do feel Brockenhurst could have manged the sale better but understand that some things (nasty men) are out of their control. I'm not convinced we got the premium service we were sold and 'due to the market' had to drop our house price a lot in the end to get a sale. But, I appreciate them listening to and understanding all of our frustrations once the house sale eventually went through.
