As a buyer looking for property in the Andover area I contacted several estate agents to arrange viewings. And yes they mostly turned up on time for the viewings but most were just going through the motions. I then went to a couple of viewings from Brockenhurst Estate Agents were I met Matt Griffiths and although the houses I had chosen failed to meet my criteria after a conversation with Matt who listened to my requests then suggested a house that had just come on the market that was perfect for my needs.
