Belvoir Lettings....what an absolute rip off £114 move out admin fee deducted from my deposit!!!!! after paying a fortune to move into a flat that had obviously not had a professional clean (the toilet was disgusting and took me weeks to get clean) but had to prove I had had a professional clean done on leaving!!! The carpets were "beyond the end of their life" according to the carpet cleaning man and it had holes in the stair carpet, possible health and safety risk but they wouldn't replace and also they put new heaters in but never came back and made good the walls after....would never use again or let anyone i know use either The photos show the condition of the flat on the day I moved in, Belvoir seem to think it's acceptable. when ever I complained they would say "it was like that when you viewed"! and " the previous tenant never complained ( she did apparently for the last 3 years of her 8 year tenure). Well the walls weren't as they put the heaters in a week after I moved in and the carpet was so bad I assumed ( wrongly) that they would be replaced. They did repair the light fitting eventually.

Do Not Use. Please be warned that the owners of this franchise are dishonest and deceitful. I asked Belvoir to sell some property with tenants in situ. The manager and Directors of the franchise I made it absolutely clear that I would only sell to a landlord who wanted a long term investment complete with tenants as I wanted my tenants to be secure in their homes. Belvoir Andover manager and directors offered to buy the properties themselves, promising they were building up a portfolio of long term tenants in Buy To Let properties. I trusted Bevoir. BIG MISTAKE. They were the most inefficient estate agents i have ever dealt with, the sale took months rather than weeks. Then just a couple of weeks after completion they served eviction notices on both tenants. Owners of the franchise, who make all sorts of claims about all franchisees offering the same professional service on their website were not interested. Using Belvoir Andover was the worst property mistake I have ever made.
I needed to sell property with excellent tenants in situ as I did not want them to lose their homes. I asked Belvoir Andover to value. I explained that the properties were only to be sold to a landlord looking for long term investment and reliable long term tenants. Belvoir Andover franchise directors decided to purchase the property themselves, telling me the manager and directors were growing a portfolio of long term investment properties. The process was lengthy and inefficient, probably the worst estate agent I have ever used. The sale took over 6 months. Then, just a couple of weeks after completion, both tenants were given eviction notices. So ...... inefficient as estate agents and with absolutely no moral compass. Definitely not recommended!
Low quality of customer service!! Have been treated me unfair! the only thing that matters to them is how to earn more money! I will never choose this office again! There is no understanding and no respect.
Rubbish customer service!!! Rude and very dismissive. Most definitely would pass on a property if managed by these! Connells on the other hand were excellent!
We let our (fully managed) property through Belvoir when they bought out our previous agents; the service got worse and worse, even the tenants complained; we gave Belvoir a second chance but they didn't improve so we moved. A year after leaving (and Belvoir having assured us they had deleted all our details) they email us asking for a review. Point proven really. We would recommend avoiding Belvoir if at all possible.
I'd suggest that your staff have some knowledge of the properties you are trying to let. Apparently Union Street or George Yard are not sufficiently specific. The individual that I spoke to chose to put the phone down on me to hide her ignorance.
