We came to Belvoir after some rather disappointing performance from another estate agent. We did the standard pick 3 agents and Tom from Belvoir came to value our property and the price he gave us seemed fair and to the market level. Tom's character was great for us, enthusiastic, honest and knowledgeable. The team at Belvoir did their utmost to market our property and we accepted an offer within 3 weeks of it being listed with them. The whole team were likeable, approachable and very helpful. Throughout the legal process Jasmine provided a weekly update and was proactive in following up queries from solicitors. Overall we are very happy that we chose Belvoir over the other estate agents in the area, the service was excellent and we would definitely recommend them to others.
