Hi George, thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration this caused. The unsubscribe option should work by clicking the underlined word “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email. That should remove you from the mailing list straight away. That said, I’m more than happy to sort this for you manually. If you could reply directly to the email you received, I’ll be able to locate your details and remove you from our database myself.
