This has been on my list to do for far too long and only just managed to do this. We first used Kingshills after going with another estate agent to sell our property in Holmer Green. The onky reason we went with a different estate agent was that we had seenbthe house we wanted ro buy through this other agent. Biggest mistake and waste of our time, I approached Steve Grace and explained the situation when we decided to move ro Kingshills. The viewings where a plenty and from that came the slae of the property within the valuation and price advertised. Steve Grace and the team at Kingshills service was second to none and hindsight to have used them first would have alleviated any stress. We have since sold another property on Beaconsfield and again the property sold within the valuation and price. This was a very quick turnaround and again kudos to the Kingshills team from instruction to completion. Our next interaction with Steve Grace at Kingshills is when we bought our current property through another Estate Agent. Steve was again instrumental in helping us acquire this property eventhough it was of no vantage to him or Kingshills his honest and impartial advice was very much appreciated and in no way obliged to give it or spend time on it.
