Steve Grace and Lizzie were brilliant from start to finish. We previously had an offer accepted on another property which fell through after 3 months (different estate agent!) so we started this second process with some anxiety, especially as it was our first property purchase. But we didn't need to worry at all as Steve kept us in the loop at all times. Lizzie took us on the viewings and was happy to fire over any questions we had directly to the seller and we had the answers in minutes if not quicker. Having Steve on WhatsApp was also a godsend as any concerns or developments could be sent over and responded to quickly. Key hand over went super smoothly too, loved the personal touches.
