I have been renting for over 12 years now, with around 10 different estate agents/landlords, and I can honestly say that James from Kingshills has provided the best rental experience that I have ever received. James takes the time to really get to know tennants on a personal level & has been polite, professional & friendly throughout. He has gone above & beyond to sort any issues out quickly & efficiently, replying at all hours of the day & keeping me updated along the way. I even received a moving in box & card welcoming me into my new home with a few snacks & useful moving in items, which was a lovely unexpected surprise. Also, Kingshills let the electricity & water providers know that I had moved in, to save me the hassle of doing that myself. Something no other rental accommodation has ever done for me. Great to have two less things on the to do list to do when moving!
