Sold house quickly but left me with legal issues

I had a terrible experience with Bridgfords Altrincham so moved to Watersons. They did a very good job of selling my house quickly and efficiently. The ladies in sales are knowledgable, professional and pleasant to deal with, However, despite having the information, they did not advise me that the person buying my house had previously viewed it with Bridgfords, which they knew was significant information. This left me open, due to small print every estate agent puts into their contract, to later getting a bill from Bridgfords once the sale was already complete and I had no way to alter the outcome....I ended up having to pay both estate agents fees to sell my house, due to them withholding this information...and for this reason I would never use them again!
