Yesterday, I completed on the sale of my house, with EweMove, Bordon. Exceptional. I cannot recommend their skills highly enough. They even managed to make an inherently stressful process one with many highlights, due to the pleasant and good-humoured nature of the interaction with them - even through the difficult parts. I found them to be everything that the reputation of an estate agent suggests they should not be: dependable, principled, responsive, and literally in every single aspect, outstanding! I worked closely with director Matt Evan’s, whose intelligence, strategic thinking, delivery, patience, courtesy and judgement were all just perfect. Above all- which was such an important quality to me in selling my belovèd home -, Matt’s integrity always shone through. However silly my requests, they were always treated with the highest respect. This sometimes included giving an answer I might not have wanted to hear, with a clear rationale given for the reasoning which always persuaded me. Nothing was ever too much trouble; every request was taken seriously and promptly dealt with, even when that was out of hours. In particular, Matt’s advice was invaluable when deciding how to deal with some extremely frustrating delays. I am pleased that I decided to trust his judgement and expertise over my own, resulting in a successful completion. I am so glad I chose Matt and EweMove. I cannot commend EweMove highly enough. If I ever buy or sell another property in the area, I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. They not only went the extra mile, they went an extra Lightyear and, in addition to their outstanding professional skills, as a as an added bonusn added bonus were a most enjoyable companion to have along the journey. You really couldn’t ask for more.
