Dealt with Jan Simmons throughout my tenancy, throughout the ups and downs of being in the flat she was fabulous the entire time. Had an issue with my boiler and Hodders/Jan had someone out within 20 minutes which was very impressive. Was with Martin Flashman before, who ended up being a nightmare at the end of our tenancy - Hodders made it very easy and didn't try to sting us for ridiculous charges for no reason. It's not often someone goes out of their way to write a good review, so I believe this should count for a lot.

I sold my house after 12 years of living there so I was not familiar with the sale process at all. Rob impressed from our first meeting: prepared, professional, had data to substantiate his claims and with the focus on social media and digital won me over. The sale was fast, it took almost 4 months to complete, the process was smooth and the regular communication and information I received from Rob put me at ease and made the whole thing transparent and clear. Thank you Rob and team, it was a pleasure working with you and I would recommend Hodders unreservedly.
