What can I say about Brampton apart from being nothing short of FANTASTIC. From the very start when Adam came to value my property to Gayle sorting out numerous issues we encountered along the way, none of which were Brampton’s fault ,regardless they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and as stress free as possible. Always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions and very swift to respond to emails. A family run business who are extremely attentive with both the seller and buyers best interest at the heart of what they do. I am so grateful that I used Bramptons to sell my property and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking at moving in future. I would love to say that I will use them next time…… but I don’t intend on moving now we have found our forever home. Having used Brampton’s for a few years for my rental property and then subsequently to sell it, I can honestly say they are the best estate agents I have ever used. The communication is second to none, Louise would always ring on a regular basis keep me updated with sale progress even if it was just to tell me there was no news. I was in a rather long, difficult chain and the work put in by Louise and her team in chasing other agents far surpassed any efforts made by solicitors. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying selling or renting out a property and would not hesitate in using them again myself.

Louise and the team at Bramptons are highly professional and responsive. Queries were dealt with quickly and I felt reassured throughout. Louise is highly personable and we built a great rapport, she supported the process from start to finish.

We honestly can't recommend Louise and the team enough. We started renting with Bramptons in 2023 and we had a huge damp issue with the property we were in to the point where we had to move out.
