Having used Brampton’s for a few years for my rental property and then subsequently to sell it, I can honestly say they are the best estate agents I have ever used. The communication is second to none, Louise would always ring on a regular basis keep me updated with sale progress even if it was just to tell me there was no news. I was in a rather long, difficult chain and the work put in by Louise and her team in chasing other agents far surpassed any efforts made by solicitors. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying selling or renting out a property and would not hesitate in using them again myself.
