Extremely dedicated, helpful and with prompt response

I was moving from the South West of England into the Big City and was excited to be living in a really nice flat that is fully furnished. However, in the first few days of moving in, there were some initial issues re appliances and furniture which required sorting out. I am so grateful to Jonathan for always being on top of things, even following up with the vendors over the weekend during his off day just to make sure that the furniture would be delivered on a timely basis. He was also very quick in his response, and took initiative to contact me and provide me with updates, so that I did not even have to take time out of my busy job to remind myself to follow up with him. He was also quick to follow up with the landlord when it turned out that some appliances were faulty, and ordering for fixing and delivery within a day. Jonathan has really helped me big time :)

Excellent and very professional

Many problems with my flat prior move-in as the property was not in the condition promised by the rental agent. However, Matt was very helpful in getting everything sorted and was very sympathetic to my bad experience in the first month. Very responsive and knew what to do to get things fixed.

I am happy to review on Life Residential as they have been delivering excellence services to my needs as a property investor from Singapore. They are always there providing solutions and advice when asked. Special mention to my account manager Suzanne Duarte for her prompt and highly efficient dealing with my multiple and sometimes naive questions being a first time investor. Helpful, friendly and efficient

I unexpectedly needed to find a property to rent and move into quickly. Luke booked an appointment for me to view options on the same day I rang, one of which was exactly what I needed. The process from then until my move in day went smoothly and efficiently and Luke was very patient answering my multiple and sometimes demanding queries. It has been years since I last rented a property and I was impressed with the service that Luke provided.
