Competent and very efficient

Ellie has been a wonderful help to me. She is extremely efficient and was able to quickly provide me with information I needed. She saved me a lot of time as rather than ring around and look things up, she told me everything I needed and sent all the documents before I even asked! It was great to have someone to think ahead about a client's needs, and my problem was solved effortlessly. Thanks Ellie.

Down to earth and focused on the job

Endrit was very hands on with our letting. He made valuable suggestions re preparing the apartment and was realistic with market rent advise. He was responsive to our requests and was a pleasure to deal with.

Dear Sunny

Gentleman Sunny, really down to earth man. This was my first experience with Life residential and I must say it was an instructive and good experience! Sunny know how to communicate even if you are overseas, and it was easy to keep communication even though we were so far away. I may contact Sunny anytime, and he is quick to respond! However, he made everything easy for us and we got all the answers regarding our process. It is always challenging when you are dealing overseas, but this was comfortable process with Sunny! Competent and efficient!

The title asks for LR's quality of service but this has often been variable so my comments are specifically for Wilmari. She has been thoroughly professional and efficient in carrying out negotiations on my behalf and concluded matters swiftly. Also, Wilmari has done all she promised and kept me informed without overwhelming me with correspondence. She is a credit to your company and I hope she continues to manage my account.

Professional, fast and responsive

I was getting rather impatient that Life was not following up on the renewal for my apartment despite several reminders. Fortunately, Wilmari was assigned to handle the job. She was quick, professional and got straight to the job. A couple of phone calls and e mails was all it took - she understood what I wanted and did her best to secure the deal, then promptly followed up with the paperwork. Well done! Life needs more agents that can provide such good service.
