efficient responsive

I'm happy with the responsive and efficient manner with which your personnel answered and dealt with my enquiries. I would however prefer not to deal with so many different personnel (more than 5 or 6 so far) in dealing with my property and account. Would have been easier if I only deal with one or two property/account officers.. And I've mentioned a few times, as I'm overseas (in Hong Kong), I would prefer emails correspondence rather than phone calls on my mobile which are quite stressful due to the time difference and when I was not briefed beforehand as to what matter on which I was being contacted. Sometimes it was just for a possible introduction meeting when your personnel were in Hong Kong, and sometimes on customers review. I would especially mention Ms Ellie Fever, and account manager Mr Oliver Martin were really helpful, to the point and efficient.in handling my queries/ requests.
