Queen of Agents/Renewals Consultant

I am extremely satisfied by the role that is played by Geri in our renewal. She is extremely patient and helpful. She fully understands the process. Time will not permit me to do justice for the great service she has provided us but will like to highlight few things. 1. She is very punctual and responds to emails immediately. 2. Escalates issues when required. 3. She is very result oriented and wants to provide solutions. 4. Her email/telephone manner is the best I have witnessed. 5. She is always available on phone/email unlike other agents who are available but make excuses to make themselves unavailable. 6. She is a neutral individual which is exactly what tenants or landlords need. 7. She doesn't make claims such as we have other people showing interest in the property - No pressure selling from her. 8. She does not lie - (majority of agents in London do anything to sell). I can easily write 100 good things about Geri - If I ever have an agency Geri would be my first hire,
