Worst agency I've ever used.

"Not even sure where to begin here, but it all went badly from early one and just got worse. It's not office specific. Most of the time we had no idea who or which office they were contacting us from. No consistency in who you deal with, there's someone different for everything. Terribly slow and unhelpful when you raise a complaint and frequently our complaints were ignored. Very slow at getting things fixed and we had multiple issues which made the experience far more unpleasant. Hassled us for same days viewings and let themselves in without ringing the doorbell. Life Residential also had our utility and council tax bills closed a month before we moved out which has caused us a great deal of grief and refuse to acknowledge or assist with this.. The irony is we can't get out deposit back until we pay the final bills, which Life Residential have prevented us from doing.. We have also just had our final check out summary. They are trying to charge us over Â£80 for 2 lightbulbs ( even though not all were working when we moved in and we left all of our spares at the property as a courtesy) They have also tried to charge us Â£80 in compensation for damage that existed prior to our tenancy and is also arguably wear and tear. Both of which are grossly inflated prices and unjustifiable, even if they had been our fault ( which they were not) I would never recommend this agency to my worst enemy. No one deserves to endure what we did and I really don't have anything positive to say about their service. I wish I had paid a bit more attention to the reviews before I moved in. It would have saved me a lot of stress and unnecessary cost"
