Once we decided we liked a property, there was no artificial pressure or pushiness. * Good Prep for Move-In: They have a third-party service to help arrange utilities and stuff ahead of the move. Unlike how these services typically operate, the one they used actually had competitive prices for services and gave us control over which services we arranged independently. * Great Inventory / Condition Report: Very detailed photographs from an independent inventory contractor.
