Terrible service with no correspondence
Food and service is excellent
our village is due for the free warm house upgrades. They have had three weeks to get hold of our landlord to get the approval. Their attitude towards this whole matter has been dismissive and unhelpful.
My Mum has been selling her house through this agent,and they are hopeless.Communication is poor,they haven't answered her questions she put to the manager,they have just ignored them! ..Staff in the office aren't friendly and don't do what she has asked.Its become a bad experience for Mum,who is now very upset.I couldn't believe it,after she showed me some of her unanswered questions.She also told me how they don't book appointments to view the property,and when I was there with her once,she said you never know when they may turn up......what..!!!???Just downright rude and lazy. Customer care ,they don't care....it would seem..just incredible.

What a terrible service. Promised many things to sell my property but few came to fruition. Despite putting my property on the market at the suggested price by the agent she provided only 2 viewings in 8 weeks. Neither of which were suitable. Clearly hadn't asked their needs. Shockingly one was insistent on having a grassed lawn. We have gravel. Really? That's quite an obvious question. We were promised stats from the website twice. Never received them. We were promised regular calls. Never had them unless we called her. We gave 2 weeks notice in writing which was not acknowledged. I asked for the For Sale boards to be removed 6 days ago. They're still there now. Ridiculous. And just another point. A pocket camera is never going to take decent photos of a house. I had to provide many of the interior shots myself. Invest in your equipment.
