The staff at Peter Large Prestatyn always provide fantastic service. I have experience as both a buyer and a seller and they are always very informative and prompt with correspondence and communication with regards to sales/purchases and do their upmost to ensure completion takes place as efficiently and promptly as possible. We really liked that all sales staff were taken to see the property so that they could answer any questions that would arise from prospective buyers. We could not have had better service. Peter Large lettings manage 2 properties for me in North Wales.As I live a significant distance from the properties it is essential that the houses are professionally managed by a diligent and cooperative agent and in this regard I could not recommend Peter Large Lettings more highly. The team are courteous and efficient and will often go the extra mile to ensure that each tenancy runs as smoothly as possible. They have also been prompt and effective in resolving maintenance and accounting issues. I have used other agents in the area but in my opinion, Peter Large Lettings offer the best service at reasonable rates.

There would seem to be very poor communication between themselves and the customer. One lady in the office in particular has no idea of customer service. Not even given the courtesy of a final call-back to confirm our purchase had been unsuccessful.

They are marketing a property that their vendor does not have permission to sell. 10 months into the transaction and considerable expense. For a property their vendor doesn't have permission to sell. Be warned!

Telephone wasn't answered on several attempts, wouldn't consider trying to sell my property with a none contactable business. Yes I did check your opening hrs!!
