Martin & Co have been phenomenal in assisting me with setting up a property in Aberdeen as a let. From providing information and guidance as to the legal requirements of letting to the superb contractors that they use during any required maintenance. They managed to let the property to tenants within days of advertising. Cannot rate highly enough. A special mention to Maxine, the Manager at the Aberdeen office, for her friendly approach that put me at ease and gave me confidence that I made the right choice. She has a wealth of experience, meaning she is totally unphased by any aspect of property letting. Also to Natalie, who is the Property Manager of my property. Truly exemplary. Very efficient, very professional and keeps me updated with all aspects of the property and any scheduled or unschduled maintenance. I have never been left in the dark as to the progress or results. Excellent support from Juliet Mutch, managing our property portfolio with Martin & Co Aberdeen. Juliet is proactive, supportive and have a problem solving orientation that makes things very easy for us as landlords. I have worked with Martin and Co for several years and this has worked really well for me. Communication is good, emails answered promptly, always within the day and proactively when issues arise. They are also fair and balanced between tenants and landlords making sure properties are at a high standard for tenants but also ensuring they are maintained properly and returned in good condition. Condition reports come on time and all compliance relating to the properties is kept up to date. Maria Castaneda and Kelly Kennedy have been great over the recent months managing my properties.
