Martin & Co have been phenomenal in assisting me with setting up a property in Aberdeen as a let. From providing information and guidance as to the legal requirements of letting to the superb contractors that they use during any required maintenance. They managed to let the property to tenants within days of advertising. Cannot rate highly enough.
