From a tenant perspective, Martin and Co. are everything one would hope for in an estate agent; attentive, helpful and quick to respond to any enquiries and/or problems. In my experience, the team were always extremely efficient in solving a range of problems I had throughout my tenancy, from wanting to move in on a Saturday when the office was closed to dealing with parcels that I had accidentally sent to the property after I had left.
