Stephen was great through the process. I had advised him on my personal issue and needed to move in as quick as possible, from the end of the viewing to getting the keys it was a few days. He kept me in the loop all the way through the process. Fantastic service. Thank you again.

Excellent experience from booking a viewing to the viewing itself. Kevin was very helping in booking and answered any questions I had over the phone and Kelly showed me around the flat and was very helpful and welcoming.

I have used Martin and Co Aberdeen as both a tenant and a landlord and the team has always been helpful, and efficient. Most recently, Maxine and Stephen have helped lease an apartment of mine in Dyce in a very short time. Both myself and the tenant have been happy with the service provided. A great agency that goes above and beyond. I’ll be using Martin and Co Aberdeen for future leases.

I am a student, and Luara is a responsible and enthusiastic person. during I found the flat, Luara provided professional advice and professionalism. she has been enthusiastic to help me before i moved to Aberdeen, making me the first time to come to Aberdeen. I feel warm and tolerant to this city. If I have classmates come to Aberdeen to rent a flat, I will definitely recommend Luara to them.

This is the 2nd time I have used Martin&Co to let my property . They were excellent in every respect , helping to keep me right with their Tenant Find service. My Portfolio Manager , Ritchie Todd who took over at short notice was excellent. Emails and messages were answered promptly and he couldn’t have been more helpful, as were all the team members I came into contact with,
