Kelly Kennedy is an absolute gem. Her service was brilliant, even going out of her way to show me a property within the same hour of contact virtually due to work commitments. Honestly it is very refreshing dealing with such an upbeat and helpful agent during such a busy time of the year. Not only that but she also assisted in the process after office hours which was fab. Can’t recommend her enough

I have recently just secured a flat with Martin & Co and working with them has been a pleasure. It has been a pleasure working with Stephen Barr of Martin & Co in securing a tenant for my property. He was very Conscientious and polite and also offered valuable suggestions. He is my property manager and he is doing a fantastic job.

This is our first time renting with Martin & Co and it has been a great experience so far. Our first interaction was with Kelly Kennedy. Kelly was professional, friendly and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. Once we got the property, we paid a deposit and the property was quickly taken off the market. We then received emails from Stephen Barr about what needs to be done to secure the tenancy agreement. All communication was crystal clear and the team was accessible if we had any questions. The whole process was hassle-free.
