We were assisted by Juliet Mutch in securing accommodation when we were moving from Wales to Scotland. She is very polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. She replies to emails promptly and has done a lot to make the move as stress-free and easy as possible for us.

Great experience using this agency to find a flat for myself and my friends for our final year at University. Our letting agents Kelly Kennedy and Maria Castaneda were especially helpful, their responses were very quick and helped us secure our ideal flat. Maria was very friendly and helpful when going to collect our keys too.

Maxine Card (Branch Manager) and Stephen Brar (Property Manager) have been brilliant, helping me become a Landlord and finding me a fantastic tenant. Both have been quick to advise and respond to my queries and it's been great to work with such friendly, professional people who beautifully marketed my property, resolved a plumbing issue and found me a tenant within the space of two weeks! I feel my flat is in safe hands with them.

Kelly Kennedy gave me a lovely tour of the flat I recently acquired, helped me organise payments and get the ball rolling and I could not fault her. I already had done a few viewings before, but nothing compared to the service provided by Kelly. She was very informative and answered all my questions and was smiling all the time, which is something that is not common with agents I have dealt with in the past.

Had an extremely bad experience with my previous tenant, but I am glad it is all over and it has been great working with Martin & Co, all their staff are friendly and professional. I still cant believe how quickly they found me a new tenant! Kelly Kennedy was very quick in getting me many viewings and locking down a potential tenant. The premium for their service is really worth it, at least I can sleep soundly at night now knowing that Martin & Co is taking care of my property.
