Highly recommend martin&co. Stephen has been excellent at sorting things out and chasing to get me back into my flat as quick as possible. Right from the start of the incident he has kept me updated and been so helpful. Would answer emails and any questions I had so quickly which took a lot of worries off my mind. Thank you Stephen for all your hard work.

I have dealt with Stephen more than I would like recently due to an unfortunate accident affecting my rental property. He has removed all stress from the situation and communication has been fantastic. I have used other well known letting agents in the city in the past and in my experience Martin and Co have been utterly superb. Both liaising with me and my tenant, who has been as equally as understanding and accommodating, for which I am very grateful. I’m just delighted I chose Martin and Co and thank Stephen in particular for his help so far.
