Had a great experience working with Maria at Martin & Co. My daughter is living abroad in Aberdeen and we were having online technical difficulties with getting information uploaded a guarantor and we were running out of time. Maria worked with us and helped us come to resolution in just a few days. She was a huge help to us in securing the rental for my daughter.

I can't recommend enough Martin＆Co Aberdeen. I have been working with Maxine and Maria, and both have been such a great help and support to ease the whole process. Maxine was helping me set everything up and gave me so much insight, and Maria has been helping with organising day-to-day things, providing very responsive service, which I appreciate so much! As a a fist time landlord living overseas, I had lots of questions which all have been answered. It really does feel that my property is in good hands. Thank you so much!

First time renting with Martin and Co and happy to say Juliet Mutch made the experience so efficient and stress free. She had a consistent warm and friendly manner throughout the whole process from applying to moving in. Juliet was thorough and speedy with replies, and with keeping me up to date on what to expect, next steps and a realistic timeline on moving in. First - I am reviewing Kelly Kennedy in particular. When I was looking at a few flats that Martin & Co. had listed for rent, she did a fantastic job of listening (really, between the lines) to understand what it was I was looking for in a flat. She then alerted me to a flat that seemed to meet the criteria of what I was looking for; and indeed, at least from the photos, it appeared she had found a great place for me. Nicely done, Kelly! Unfortunately it turned out the owner was considering selling the flat; I wanted to rent something longer term. In the end, it didn't work out. But that certainly wasn't due to Kelly. She did a great job of listening well and worked with integrity. I can't comment on the rest of the process with M&Co, as I did not end up renting a flat from them, but Kelly deserves every star.

We have been lucky as Landlords to enlist services from Martin & Co Aberdeen. Maxine who is the head of the local branch inspires us with confidence that our places will be well looked after. All the team members including Kelly and Stephen have provided us a very efficient and flawless service. The properies were well marketed with videos and walk through online tours alongwith professionally taken photographs. We online platform from Martin and Co allows you to view all you need for your property in 1 place. We were given a very good 6 monthly update on property with a video tour of the inspection. I honestly feel Maxine and her team under auspices of Martin and Co are the best estate agents i have worked with as a Landlord.
