Martin & Co have been absolutely excellent, would highly recommend! Kelly Kennedy arranged my viewing and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly when showing me the property. Kelly kindly went out of her way to show me the property as quickly as possible and was very quick to put the offer through. Maria Castaneda has been the property manager and has also been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately there was an unexpected issue with the property, which was completely outwith the control of Martin & Co. The property had to be taken off the market because of this, during this time Maria was very supportive and apologetic. Thankfully the issue was resolved much quicker than had been expected and Maria was quick to get in touch to let me know and ask if I would still like to proceed. She has been very helpful with all questions about the property since. Maria is wonderfully efficient and is very quick to reply to any emails and communicates an honest and straightforward manner.
