I have been with Martin & Co for a short time and have been dealing with Michael the Property Service Co-ordinator. He provides a professional service and goes above and beyond, for example putting up leaflets advertising my flat in the university. He deals with issues quickly and is detail orientated, flagging issues in my flat, of which I was unaware. I feel nothing is a problem for Michael. He is always polite and considerate and addresses my concerns. In the short period that I’ve been with the company, they’ve made me feel comfortable from the outset. I would recommend them to anyone looking for property services within the area.

Adam Hughes was integral to a seamless flat acquisition and move and a delight to deal with. Really understanding and adaptable. Great service from everyone, the team is on it! Having previously rented with Martin & Co for two years ending in 2021, I was eager to return to them when Searching for another rental property. Yesterday we had a viewing for a flat with Kelly Kennedy, and she was wonderful!
