Kelly Kennedy was super, such a warm and informative when she showed me around the property and in subsequent correspondence when applying for the property. I have found Martin & Co a great company to deal whether in person, on the phone or via email. Their properties are always to a high standard.

My husband and I would like to express our gratitude to both the letting and sales team at Martin & Co Aberdeen. We were first-time landlords and were supported through the process of letting from start to finish. Any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Martin & Co helped find excellent tenants who eventually went on to purchase our property. We would personally like to thank Juliet for her assistance in the latter stages of the tenancy. Her communication between ourselves, the tenants and the sales team was excellent and really made the whole process so much easier for us. We would happily recommend Martin & Co to others.
