This is the most horrific letting agency I have ever been with. The final straw for me was being accused of being 'aggressive' and 'verbally abusive' after asking contractors to leave my property after they entered at the request of the letting agency with no PPE or any awareness that we were in the middle of a pandemic. The work they were carrying out was not even an emergency as they knew about the issue before I even moved in but didn't bother to do anything about it until the landlord from the flat downstairs was threatening to turn my water off. So why the five stars? This rating is in no way a reflection of the company as a whole as I would give them zero. The five star rating is for Adam and only Adam. He has been absolutely amazing cleaning up the mess left by the rest of the company. He is the only person with any sense at this letting agency. If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with them then ask to speak to Adam. I was left feeling like everyone was against me until I spoke to him. He has helped sort out my deposit and has been so kind to me. He has been so willing to assist me with any problems I've had including the stress caused by this company. He is an absolute gem. I can't praise Adam enough.
