When I contacted Martin and Co I was really in a bit of a pickle. I'd moved from Edinburgh to Aberdeen for my new job, and the flat I moved into (with another agency) really wasn't what they'd sold me, and didn't have heating or hot water. From the off, I dealt with a man called Stephen who is now the property manager for my lovely new flat. Stephen was able to secure me a viewing of the new place on the same day I called asking for help, and was there to help throughout the whole process which was invaluable as I had some problems with my referencing checks (I imagine this isn't normal, however, being self employed has its downsides). Stephen was friendly and professional throughout, giving the impression he really cared about me getting into my new flat as quickly as possible, and I was incredibly impressed when I was given a goodie box containing sweets, juice, snacks, dishwasher tablets etc as well as a bottle of wine when I collected my keys! For once, despite only having been in the new place a couple of days, I don't feel at all anxious about approaching the agency or Stephen himself if something ever did go wrong. After having dealt with many agencies within Aberdeen, I can't recommend Martin + Co highly enough.PositiveQuality, Professionalism
